Fearing the WEIGH IN
Tomorrow is my weigh in day. According to the very reasonable goals that I set for myself when I started (again) taking this seriously (again), I should have lost a total of 10 pounds tomorrow. As of last Friday, I had lost 8 pounds. I know I'm not going to make this goal. I stepped on the scale today--cheater cheater…

nsv- athlete
My doctor has been tracking my resting heart rate. It's at 51 bpm. As a 30 year old female, that puts me at athlete level. I'm proud of my health even if I'm not satisfied with my body yet.

setting mfp weight loss goals. help please!

Eating all workout calories?
I'm a newbie, so patience please :) I've seen a few threads about the importance of eating your workout calories to ensure healthy weight loss. I'm wondering about "saving" them. Like, today, I earned 1500 calories working out and I have about 1000 left. I can't eat anymore. But, this weekend, when I go out with friends,…

Newbie in search of will power
I lost almost 80 pounds 2 years ago with weight watchers and have kept it off...until this winter. Now I see the scale creeping up, only 10 pounds so far, but it's frightening! I want to get that 10 pounds off and lose the last 15 I gave up on 2 years ago. The problem is...I eat. A lot and all the time. Sometimes I feel…
