Gluten Reaction?
I was just fine this morning, slim trim and racy. Got into some "Walmart" Trail-mix. down near the bottom of the ingredient list was wheat. Now, 5 hours latter, I am badly bloated. Bringing up lots of gas from my stomach. Is this a gluten reaction?

I received an email from Texas Pete yesterday. Their facility in North Carolina is 100% Gluten free, and all suppliers have submitted forms that their ingredients are Gluten Free. :happy:

I have been walking 3 miles 2 or 3 times a week. I think I will continue this for several weeks. Not sure how much of a base is needed or desired.
