I wondered if anyone has used both and your thoughts. I like the app for Lose It better than MFP...it feels more functional and easy to use. Thoughts???

Lately within an hour or so of eating, my stomach hurts and is bloated. My body doesn't seem to agree with anything. I am thinking of doing a cleanse to get my body feeling better. Any suggestions?!

Stress killing appetite

Reset Weight
Is there a way to reset your original starting weight so that your pounds lost is accurate? I did MFP about a year ago and just starting doing it again and I want my weight loss tracker to show from this time's starting weight.

Starting Fresh
Well it seems like I keep starting over but here I go again. I worked out last night and have been tracking what I eat today (granted just breakfast). I already have my workout planned for today and will be headed to get some healthy snacks and food at the grocery store this morning. I CAN DO THIS!!!

I am trying to workout 5-6 days a week and am currently doing C25K 3 of those days. I was wondering what everyone else does on their days that they are not doing the C25k?? Net??
I am pretty new to this site...I am not sure I understand what the "net" is on the front page. I understand how many calories I should eat, and how the exercise gives me more calories to eat but the "net" number is not making sense to me. Also, do you eat ALL your exercise calories everyday??? Thanks!!
