There are different types of anti-depressants. Talked to your doctor and get one that does not have the side-effect of weight gain.

Today will be D3L1 and I am still trying to talk myself into doing it. My legs are so sore...it will not be easy to get through the workout.

Sorry I don't have an answer for you but I do have a question to add to this topic... Do you eat anything before running if you are doing it in the morning? I want to start running in the morning but don't know if I should eat something before running...like a protein bar or shake.

Why don't you focus on strengthening now instead of the weight loss. Continue to have goals so that you stay focused. Goals such as run so many miles in so many minutes, increase the amount of weight you use/reps you can do, things like that. Hopefully that will help! Good luck and you look awesome!

If you can pinch a small amount of skin and pull it away from the body, it is just loose skin...fat you can't grab.

I live in Arizona so it is always swimsuit weather...I just hope this summer that I am more willing to go out in public instead of just the backyard. Good luck and you can do it!

I am 5'5" and I will be so happy once I hit 150 but my ultimate goal will be somewhere between 125-140. Haven't been normal weight since having kids so I am not sure what will look/feel good.

I weigh everyday but I only post an update once a week. It keeps me focused.

I try to be really careful talking about my weight in front of my girls. I do try to help them understand that exercise is important for our bodies and that eating healthy helps our bodies grow strong. But I don't weigh myself in front of them because I don't want them to think that the number is the only important thing.…
