Throwing down power blocks?
Maybe a silly question, can you throw down power block elite dumb bells without damaging them? I feel pain when I supinate and probate my left wrist, maybe it's from carefully putting them down after a lift bad I'm hurting myself? I read though you really shouldn't throw them like a hex dumbbell either. Please help.

Anyone have any good data on a ratio for auto immune disease? I feel my body requires more nutritent dense foods such as fruits and vegetables and don't think sticking with the 50% carb default ratio is good for me. Thanks

Time of month and appetite
I just realised why I'm so hungry a week before I"m due my period my appetite gets uncontrollable. Why does this happen? WHat scientific logic can make me understand! I get the weight gain due to water weight, but why the increased appetite for carbs?!?!? and sugar??

Ab exercises do not make me sore.
Why do ab exercises do not make me sore? I asked a friend and she said to add weight. I added 5 pounds and do 15 minutes of ab exercises and I'm still not sore. Am I doing something wrong? Should I do them everyday since i'm not sore and do not need a recovery period??
