The question was not lift now or lift later, but should I be in a deficit, eat at maintenance, or a calorie surplus when lifting??? Will I be able to create bigger muscles in a deficit and burn fat at the same time?

My scale reads 22.3% I guess that's way off. I don't feel my bf 27%, my problem area is only my butt and thighs. Curse those German genes!

Thanks for the input, how many pounds to see a noticeable difference? I was losing weight and it was a struggle once I got to 126, I did weight watchers and felt starved each night, I went to sleep and ignored it. I tried shakeology the fullness I got from that was short lived, I went down to 124.5 and the went right back…

It a definitely dent or depression on the on side right where the panty line sits, not cellulite. I don't know how much more I should lose, currently 126 and 5'4.75"

Listened to dr. John Bergman's podcast and he said auto immune diseases need more carbs, mostly of fruits and vegetables. He also said to stay away from beans and seeds because they contain a lectin that blocks certain processes. I love liver though, best source of vitamin A!

the reason why the new WW doesn't work.... now you don't count veggies or fruit! Once you are down to the last 5 lbs. everything counts! if you have a lot to lose I"d concentrate on getting healthy and worry about counting later...

I agree! gluten free is healthy for everyone, it does not harm anyone, you just have to be proactive with different fiber sources so you stay regular. Gluten creates inflammation is everyones body. 1 in 3 americans are on the spectrum of intolerance and don't even know it!

Sure I know that, it just makes it easier for me. I dont crave the naughty things as much anymore. I didn't say it was a miracle shake. Just that it's helping me to reach my goals. I would have to eat 1200-1400 calories per day inorder to lose weight so it's much harder with your last 5!
