Keep hearing about this type of fast where you eat only in a 7 hour window and last meal must be 3 hours prior to bedtime.

So this is my 2nd round on here but going to try it with friends rather than alone since It may make a difference & make it a bit more fun! I need to lose weight (50 lbs) in general but a new motivating factor is losing it by June for a Vegas trip for EDC☺️

I am wondering if any one has seen a difference in less dimpling (orange peel skin) and cellulite after you started losing weight?
