Hi, just turned 46 after another FAILED year of promising myself I would lose the weight by my next birthday ..I have no self control when it comes to bread, pasta, chocolate or wine!! I just restarted a Kettelbell style boot camp class 2 weeks ago and gained 3 lbs! Ugh! I think sticking to low carb low sugar helps me the most when trying to lose , it's just after a few weeks I just give up if I don't see fast results. I would love to be firmer & stronger & not have the "Flappers" as I call it for my flabby arms that are my worse area for me to lose. I would like to get on board with anyone in a similar situation in age & weightloss goals to be accountable to. Thanks!
