Turbofire - What is a good schedule for me?
Ok I can only do 30 min workouts at the most, But I could do a few of them a day. My baby keeps me busy. I hear about hybrid workouts. What would be a good schedule for me?

I do excercise tv workouts. Which is better? One 20-30 min cardio workouts or two 15 min cardio workouts spread out through the day?

1 month of my summer body challenge down (Pics)
So a month ago I started a summer body challenge to tighten and tone my body. I still have a month to go. I am 5 months post partum. Still have one month to go. Can you see a difference?

Ok so I was over 160 right before having my baby and I was about 140 when I started working out(about 9 weeks pp) I now weigh 131 and I am noticing results. After a month progress (pics)
So this is me 3 months after having my son. I was well over 160 when I gave birth and a month ago was 139. Now I am 132 and I am noticing a difference. Still not where I want to be but I'm headed that way. Right now I am on day 7 of the 30 day shred. 2 weeks before baby

Post Pregnancy belly question
I still have belly fat that hangs over my belt but the rest of my stomach is toning up. I am working out 6 days a week. If I continue, will it tighten up? I am 3 months PP.
