I have beend doing a lot of cardio lately and I have been using my exercise ball. I was wondering what else I could do to incrise my workout and get some better results for swim suit season.
Hello I am Duga, I am 21 years old and I recently discovered that I am obese. I know I can lose the weight if I really put my mind too it. I have been trying really hard but with being newly 21 and all I am having a hard time finding a balance between going out with friends and dieting.
