I'm looking in to getting a polar HRM to replace my Fitbit Force that was recalled. Can anyone tell me the difference between the ft4 and the ft7? And does anyone have the loop?

I was just looking at my goals for the day and I updated the goal and my calorie intake went down by 30 calories...is that normal? Will it continue to go down the more I lose or do I have to update it everytime?

General question for anyone....Do you think its better to put in a goal of 2lbs a week or do the 1lbs that they recommend? I know I have only been trying to lose weight on here for 9 days and so far I have lost 3lbs :-)...better than nothing by doing 2lbs. Ofcourse there is the middle of the road and you could do 1 1/2.
So I'm figuring out my calories for dinner and I will still have calories left afterwards but I am going over on the other things....cholesteral, sugars, etc. Now does that matter as long as your calories are under I should still lose weight? what does everyone think?
