Salmon Ideas
LOVE salmon but getting bored with it. I often eat it with lemon pepper seasoning and veggies or jerk seasoning with mango salsa and sweet potatoes...any ideas for me in how else to prepare it or some sort of healthy dish to create? Thanks!

I know you need to eat to keep your metabolism revved up, esp with working out, and esp in the morning, but I am also a firm believer in don't eat if you aren't hungry. Hunger "swings"
Just curious if anyone else goes thru this, and if they have any advice. For the most part, I'm satisfied with my calorie allowance and the foods I choose to eat. Anyone tried it? I love adding flavor to my water (I tend to drink A LOT more) but want to do so without many calories, or chemicals - I'm not sure of the contents of these, just keep seeing them advertised. If they are all natural, and tasty, I'm in!
