too many calories on atkins?
I know that ideally one shouldn't worry too much about calories, I'm doing owl and and eating huge amounts of healthy fats, some protein and very little carbs which come from veg. Today so far I'm over 2000 and still hungry. I'm 5ft 3" and weigh 140lb which is too much for my small frame. Anyone help me calorie wise?
