calories in pork belly strips

Hi all I got some pork belly strips and am trying to put in my food diary, using info already in the database, but my query is when pork belly is written down is it automatically including the fat?
I will only be eating the lean parts. There are numerous entries for pork belly and only one that actually states that it has fat removed so I guess they are only eating the lean.
So does anyone know if it automatically means lean and fat unless otherwise stated.
Big diff in values.

If it just says pork belly, I would assume it means the entire piece, including fat. If you're eating only the lean part, I'd use the entry that says "fat removed".
When using the database, I try to find something with a description as close as possible to what I'm eating.0
