Was thinking of joining a class at the rec center. Has any one ever tried this before? If so, can you fill me in on what to expect. Approx. calorie burned, etc.
I only work 1 day a week. It is pushing/pulling navigating 300 lb racks(on wheels), reaching high/low, bending, ect. The question is... Can/should I count that as exercise? I was thinking of wearing my HRM tomarrow and seeing just for the heck of it what the count was.
Question about the cholesterol tracker on here. I am continually coming under on my cholesterol numbers on here by anywhere from 50-100. Is that a problem? Do I need to get the numbers closer to what this is telling me?
Hi, I am new to this site and any words of wisdom would be great! I have 30+ to loose. I have used thyroid problems as a reason why I am not loosing. All the while secertly knowing I can do something about it and not doing anything. Now is the time for me to do it!
