Having trouble getting number of servings to take
Entered an entire recipe under the old version for entering, but the only thing I can get to go into the serving box is a "." (period). It would not let me enter anything else. It would not let me save the recipe, it kept asking for me to enter the number of servings. Please help.

Need Comments on Exercise Weight Gain

Calories Burned Cycling
I was just in another forum post and I do a lot of cycling. Usually between 11 and 25 miles per 6 days a week. MFP and www.bicycling.com are giving me figures well over 1500 calories burned for 75 minutes cycling, at 255 pounds, at 16 - 20 mph. Coolest thing.....It was accurate
Just added up the last seven days worth of deficit, divided it by 3500 (to see how many pounds I should have lost according to the deficit number), and it was dead on to the tenth of the pound as of this morning. Just thought I would share. I was just fooling around and was amazed at the accuracy. It works!!
