OHP Weight
Yesterday, I struggled with 55lbs. Where is everyone at with OHP? Yesterday was my 6th workout. I thought I would get past 55lbs before struggling.

T25 Question re: pain in legs
I have been doing T25 for about 1 1/2 weeks. After some workouts, the insides of my shins(?) are very sore. I'm not sure how to best explain the location. Kind of right under where your calf muscle starts on the inside of your legs..... any suggestions for this? Towards the end of the workouts I am following the modifier.…

Question about knees
Yesterday was a beautiful day in NE Ohio, so I decided to hit the trail rather than the treadmill at the gym. I jogged a 5k very, very slowly (48:26) which was still a huge NSV for me. Water with fresh herbs
DELICIOUS!! This year I am growing herbs in a big whiskey barrel. Last night I chopped some of my Chocolate Mint up and put it in a large glass of water... it was delicious. This morning I chopped up some fresh basil and put it in a travel mug with water and a dash of lemon juice. It is so refreshing. I highly recommend it!

I have been riding to work and back every day (round trip is about 5 miles). I do book keeping part time for a veterinary office as well and have been driving to the trail and riding the trail to the vet and back (about 8 miles). I have about half of a bushel of Honeycrisp apples that I need to use. Any suggestions? I have already made a pie (with no butter and VERY little sugar, then I took it to work) and dehydrated apple slices. Looking for some healthy recipe ideas. Thanks!!
