NSV on my bicycle!

I have been riding to work and back every day (round trip is about 5 miles). I do book keeping part time for a veterinary office as well and have been driving to the trail and riding the trail to the vet and back (about 8 miles). So on days where I work both jobs, I am getting in about 13 miles.

Wellllllll - YESTERDAY - I rode to work (2.5 miles), then rode all the way to the clinic (~9 miles), then rode all the way home (~11 miles). My legs were on fire.... but I did it.

Better yet, I woke up this morning and rode my bike to work again. I had thought about driving when I felt how sore my legs were this morning.

The scale isn't moving too much for me right now, so I was happy with this NSV!

Awesome work! I've been riding my bike to the train station, but it's only about 2 kms. But it's definitely been getting easier. The "mountains" have become small inclines. :)

Thank you! It gets so much easier.. which I am grateful for! It has also helped me to learn more about the timing of shifting my gears.

WOW that's awesome! Ever think about putting all the gas money you are saving in a jar and when you meet goals you can treat yourself?!?

I'm not any good at shifting gears. Thank goodness, everything's flat around my place so I don't need to do it often
