weighed myself everyday this week, its tomorrow which is meant to be my official weigh in day but ive been weighing myself every other day, at the start of the week i lost 2lbs then weighed myself again today and ive gained it, ive been going to the gym, done a body pump class and been watching what ive been eating up…

ok i am allowed 1310 calories a day and when i exercise i have extra calories, do i have to eat them? so confused

Do you have to be fit to do this? as i am about 8 stone overweight and a friend is asking me to do this, if i thought it would be ok i would give it a go. ive tried google but cant get a straight answer.

How are you doing it? i am only 5"2 and weight 258lbs so need to lose 118lbs, even at that i would be a few pounds overweight but that i can deal with, feel free to add me and we can spur each other on :)
