Sunflower Seed Butter
I found something new (for me), and decided to try it. It's Sunflower seed butter. It's pretty good. There's 170 calories in 2 tablespoons, but I never eat that much...usually 2 teaspoons. Anyone ever tried this? Give it a shot if you haven't.

I thought that everyone could automaticly see my food diary, but I've had requests to see it. How do I make it open/public?

I want to log my foods, but I don't see any way to do this. The day is there, the meals are there, (breakfast, etc) but no way to post the foods. Can you tell me how it works?
