How Do I "Open" My Food Diary?

I thought that everyone could automaticly see my food diary, but I've had requests to see it.

How do I make it open/public?

    1 Home
    2 Settings
    3 Diary Settings
    choose from:
    ~private
    ~public
    ~friends only
    ~locked with a key

    You probably want "public" or "friends" only.
