I've used them. You have to rinse them well when you open the package (and they really smell bad!). The best thing is to boil them and then eat them with sauce, or cook them in a stir fry. I've been a vegetarian for 14 years...almost 15 years and am transitioning to vegan....almost totally there! My reasons are ethical and environmental. I eat all vegetables...never met one I didn't like!...fruits, quinoa, brown rice, tofu, tempeh , almond milk, almond butter, whole wheat bread.

Get busy! Find things to distract yourself. Get out and take a walk. Listen to music, watch a movie or some show that you enjoy. Paint your nails. Take a hot shower or a bubble bath.

Absolutely have the cookie! Allow yourself a treat now and then or you'll feel deprived and resentful. Deprivation leads to binging and we all know where THAT leads!

Some protein would be best. Scrambled eggs are easy to eat and are comforting, with some nice buttered toast.

Please save your money, and ultimately your health , and stay away from this stuff! These things don't work. It's a big scam. Continue to eat sensibly and exercise and you'll lose weight. There are no magic pills, herbs or formulas.

Never be ashamed or call yourself a failure! This is a hard struggle that we all face and understand. I also deal with serious depression, so I know what you're going through.
