No appetite...what should I eat?

I know I need to eat, but I've had absolutely zero appetite since last Sunday (I took a major emotional hit, and when I'm super upset, my appetite vanishes.)
So, I've been forcing down oatmeal (made with almond milk) with mixed nuts and multi-vitamins since it seems to offer the most balanced nutrition for the least amount of food of anything I've found thus far.
Does anyone have suggestions for something that might be a better choice? The absolute last thing I want to do is to starve myself, and I HOPE my appetite returns to normal soon, but in the meantime, I'd like to find something that offers the most nutrition per mouthful.
Thoughts?

Peanut butter sandwich and a glass of full fat milk.0

Some protein would be best. Scrambled eggs are easy to eat and are comforting, with some nice buttered toast.0
