Hello everybody - I have lost about 42lbs now and want to loose 30 more yet; however I have seem to hit a plateau now. Does anybody have any good tips on how to get the loss going again? When you first start loosing how much is water weight?
Hello I know they say when you first loose weight it's usuall water weight at first. I'm down 20lbs now and don't notice any difference yet, accept that I'm not tired any more. How much of that do you think is just water weight? Thanks

What does the calorie deficite mean
Hello I don't mean to sound ignorant, but I am new to this. My calorie deficite says 760. What exactly does that mean? It says to loose 50 lbs I should have 1,200 calories a day.
