can run on treadmill...
I can run on a treadmill, but I find it SO difficult to run outside, even on a flat surface! I have no problem running for a full hour on a treadmill...Does anyone else have this problem? Also, do you need an android or iphone to get the C25K app? Or is there a website you can use? Thanks guys..

Toes!
I've had this problem for quite some time.. Whenever I work out for extended periods of time (mostly just doing cardio, no strength exercises affect it.) My toes go numb.. Is it because of my shoes? Or bad blood flow to that area? Any suggestions!?

has any one tried the 7 day diet?
Has anyone tried the 7 day diet where you're supposed to lose 10 pounds? (The one where you're supposed to eat fruit the first day, veggies the next day, etc. etc) How effective is it? Is it easy to keep the weight off if you maintain a healthy diet afterward?
