driving as an exercise?
I saw someone posted they burned so may calories by driving. does this sound crazy to anyone else? if so then I should be logging it because I drive 2 hours a day!

I like to make smoothies for breakfast, anyone got any good mixes they like?

run before or after breakfast?
I feel like it's a bad idea to run before breakfast, but I usually want to eat after, generally I have been eating a little before and a big breakfast after a run, what does everyone else do?

chia seeds and spirulina
still on the smoothie thing here. anyone have any experience with chia seeds or spirulina?

salt intake and sweat
do I need the same amount of salt on a days I don't sweat and the days I don't? it's summer so I sweat a lot when I am out walking or jogging and I hydrate really well before and after. Should I be increasing my salt intake as well?

seltzer water
is seltzer water just as good as flat water? I find myself having a hard time drinking a lot of water, and I don't like artificial sweeteners, like crystal lite and the like. I don't like putting that in my body anyway so I was wondering what peoples opinion was of seltzer water?
