do I need the same amount of salt on a days I don't sweat and the days I don't? it's summer so I sweat a lot when I am out walking or jogging and I hydrate really well before and after. Should I be increasing my salt intake as well?

most people get more then enough salt in their diet already. No reason to add more unless you are going to go hard at it for over an hour or two. I'd then work on maybe replenishing some of those electrolytes. But mainly listen to your body. If you feel fine after then you are probably doing it right already0

how would I feel if I wasn't fine? would I be tired? or maybe sick? often, if I work out, I feel tired like I haven't slept in days. I don't know if it's a calorie thing or a salt thing. I have upped my calories a bit and it still happens sometimes.0
