  • that's awesome! haha! and I didn't mean to offend anyone, I was really wondering if I am missing something. I think I am going to continue NOT logging driving since it is a part of my normal everyday routine that I have been doing for years, I don't drive a manual, I have automatic windows so really, my big toe and my…
  • this was great! it really changes the way I think of things!
  • Is this the NIM artical to which you were referring? because it doesn't say what you are saying. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15883552 or this one- http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11836452 if you can find the artical to which you were referring, I'd like to read it.
  • I can not believe how rude most of you are being to someone new to this and clearly needs help. I am disgusted.
  • maybe you are not getting enough salt, sometimes I don't get enough and I will feel very tired (possibly due to low blood pressure) but as for the sudden weight gain around your midsection, I am at a loss. I would see your doctor and get some bloodwork. He can tell you if there something like diabetes, low sodium, or maybe…
  • I have GOT to try this!
  • this sounds like my exact smoothie, except I also add 1tsp of cocoa powder and flax seeds. the cocoa powder covers the taste of the protein powder pretty well

  • you have no idea how much I would love boiled eggs on the side, but I found out a month ago that I am allergic to eggs. it was my favorite thing to eat, so good for you and delicious! I am still trying to get over it :( I do use a protein powder in the morning, but just 1/2 serving, makes me able to make it to work without…

  • protein shake (whey protein, banana, strawberries and almond milk) and unsweetened green tea :)
  • how would I feel if I wasn't fine? would I be tired? or maybe sick? often, if I work out, I feel tired like I haven't slept in days. I don't know if it's a calorie thing or a salt thing. I have upped my calories a bit and it still happens sometimes.
  • that is exactly what I am here for! about a year ago I discovered that I LOVED cooking, and I was good at it, so I started cooking for me and boyfriend every day. I gained 25 pounds over the past year and he has gained 60! now it's time for us to take a step back and say ok, something is not right here. now when we go…
  • starches won't be a problem, but for protein, I'd go with eggs and beans. I find that frozen veggies are ususally pretty cheap.
  • I had the same problem when I first started 2 weeks ago with 1200 calories. even with eating my calories back after exercising I still felt run down and just wanted to sleep all the time. I upped my calories from 1200 to 1400 and I feel much better and I am still losing 2lbs a week. I hope this helps!
  • feel free to add me! I am a vet tech and the hospitals resident crazy cat lady! I am trying to lost about 15 pounds, maybe gonna go for 20 but I'll see how I look and feel when I get the 15 off :)
  • that sounds good! I'll try that :) thanks!
  • thanks!

  • it's driving me crazy! I don't even like sweets, I don't even put sugar in my coffee or tea and I double my daily intake of sugar. I think something is wrong with that function. I make all my food from scratch so I know what goes in it so I just don't get where it is all coming from
  • I am doing the SAME EXACT THING! I have decided to let MFP tell me when the new day starts, and I ended up logging it on yesterdays
  • I noticed that on mine as well. I have never been much for sweets, even as a kid and I don't even put sugar in my coffee or tea, but it said I was eating double what I should for sugar! I was very surprised at this
