Water Intake
I know this may seem a really silly thing to ask, but whats counts as a glass of water? I always drink out of a 500ml bottle, so I'm not sure how much I should be having. Any help would be great! x

Listening to Music
For some strange reason, when listening to music I like, It gets me really positive and motivated. So what I do now is when I wake up, put a tune on to start the day. It actually helps!

Toning Plates?
A friend of mine was struggling to lose weight, so she's thinking about using toning plates (I think that's the name). It seems very expensive, but apparently you can lose 2 dress sizes in a month. Personally, I don't buy it and think that there is nothing more satisfying than losing weight on your own.
