Listening to Music

For some strange reason, when listening to music I like, It gets me really positive and motivated. So what I do now is when I wake up, put a tune on to start the day. It actually helps!

    Great idea.

    I use my music a lot to keep me calm when I am driving. If I have a good tune playing stupid drivers don't bother me :laugh:

    i'm the same...i love sticking my headphone on(only ever 1 cos of having kids about all day) and just doing my day to day stuff with music on..i tend to be alot happier when i've got some good tunes

    Unfortunately stupid drivers always bother me, I wish there was a cure for that haha :D
