Finally!! My scales have touched me into the 12 stone 13 bracket....!!!!. I'm seeing a 12 on the scales!!! I still have a way to my target..but holy moly...I'm finally getting into the next stone to shift...feeling good...and so happy that my sponsorship for my charity 3 Yorkshire peaks is starting to come in....

almost my lowest weight in a year!
Well things are really looking up...as I have just weighed myself this morning to discover I am 1lb away from equaling my lowest weight from last year( I stopped focus and put on about a stone over winter..oops!) I am sooooo bloated!!
I feel soooo bloated after cooking a rare Sunday roast chicken for me and my two boys. I have totted up the carries and I am not surprised!... loosing inches and lbs again!
Finally.. Inches coming off and tum looking less bloated/ flabby! I have dropped 2 inches in last week and a half.. And my weight is continually below 14 stone. After putting on 1/2 a stone over the winter...I am finally heading back into the direction I want. Still have 2 stone to shift..but it working again
