I feel soooo bloated after cooking a rare Sunday roast chicken for me and my two boys. I have totted up the carries and I am not surprised!... But even so...with me even being a tad cruel and over estimating the amounts... I have only just gone over my calorie limit. Am I getting so used to a lower calorie intake that one evening of a bit of excess..it goes into crash mode?
I am still bloated 6hour after the meal.. So does this mean that my gut really cantvcope with it? And has stalled? I do not think I will be doing that again rhatscfor sure!!

Just drink some warm tea and go to bed, your stomach will settle. Also, you'll eventually have to eat like this again because you cannot live on a deficit forever. Point of maintaining would be to eat more calories than when you were losing weight. Eating larger meals than you are used to, and not simply total caloric intake, can cause issues like this though.

Sigh..it feels really weird that I can keep below my calorie allowance when I use the app..but if I don't...I end up going totally the opposite and I am sure I over do it. I end up craving things more when I don't calorie count.
I am trying to force myself to top over at least the 1000 calorie a day by my reckoning... As I am sure I might be under recording anyway by amounts... And I am aiming at 3-4 miles worth of swims in the week as well as an hour or two in the gym 3 x a week. Pilate's is getting in there two ..so my daily total always seem low as it factors in the excerise ,which I am.not " eating back"
I really want to keep shifting the weight .. But I have stagnated a bit..dispite all the excersise. I can only hope that it is now muscle.. Which is denser
