going over calorie limit
When you guys go over do you log everything or do you just stop after a while and say "You know what, I went over and that's all you need to know!" So I'm eating 1200 calories a day and I'm allowed to have 24g of sugar. I go over that EVERY day! Can someone give me some tips on how to cut back on sugar?
