Am I doing something wrong?
Tonight for dinner I ate 4 cups of broccoli (114 calories) and I feel just as full as I would eating something of 600 calories. Am I counting wrong or is this normal? Thanks

Frying vs Boiling Chicken Breast
I have started adding chicken breast to my dinner, but if I pan-fry it with olive oil (tastes much better), how much unhealthier would it be than if i were to boil it ( no flavor ). And what's the calories difference?

Carbs from fruits
I love fruits (Grapes, oranges, apples, blueberries) and I try to limit myself. But are the carbs (and sugars) from fruits detrimental to my weight loss results?
