I have started adding chicken breast to my dinner, but if I pan-fry it with olive oil (tastes much better), how much unhealthier would it be than if i were to boil it ( no flavor ). And what's the calories difference?

the calorie difference would come from how much oil you use... so measure that out

try cooking it in crockpot with a bit of sage (or roasting in oven).

Olive oil is a healthy fat in moderation. Your calorie difference would be chicken + olive oil instead of just chicken (assuming you boil in plain water).

Boiling in water would add no calories to your chicken breast, whereas frying in olive oil would add 120 calories per tbsp. I often boil in low-sodium chicken broth for more flavor, which adds minimal calories (under 20). Or, I bake it with a little low sodium seasoning, like Mrs. Dash. There are lots of ways to cook chicken! Just play around with different techniques, and log your ingredients before hand, to see if it's within your daily goal. Good luck!

I too like to bake in oven. I like to do it in a clay based pan and cover with aluminum foil. It turns out very moist

Instead of olive oil, I use Pam to fry my chicken. Then I add spices.

Theres a difference between sauteing it and frying it. Frying it typically uses a lot more oil than if you saute it! I agree with you 100% that it taste a lot better. I actually bought an Olive Oil mister (misto brand) and I almost alwasys saute my chicken with a couple sprays of that or else I grill it!

    Don't boil it, steam it!

Steaming chicken keeps the nutrients in and is just about the "cleanest" way to cook chicken (talking clean eating here)

Get creative with flavour! Marinate the chicken in something like moroccan seasoning beforehand, and add herbs when cooking to add to it! Use the steamed chicken in salads where you get the other flavours mixed in!

Cooking food to eat shouldnt be a chore and simply a source of fuel! We should be enjoying what we eat! Choose the healthiest option of cooking you can and then add spices and flavours to make an amazing meal :)

Personally I prefer to grill my chicken breasts. You can add your seasoning (whatever you like) and get the flavor that way, without the oil. I use a large indoor grill. But really it's up to you... as long as you track everything, including the olive oil.

I don't really like boiling protein but have you tried poaching it? Make a flavored liquid (try infusing it with your favorite spices and aromatics). Make enough to cover the pre-portioned item. Keep the temperature around 165 F and simply place your chicken in the liquid and let it cook that way! Poaching is really healthy and very delicious!
