Calories?
Okay, so this really is a serious question. Bear with me. I keep hearing that you should NEVER go below 1200 calories a day. Usually, I don't. On the average day I'm between 1300 -1600 cal/day. I also work out 1 hr/day and increase my calories accordingly. However, On the occasion I sleep in (until 11am or so) and don't…
