I was really motivated last week, logged my foods lots of walks. This week I've lost it, today I had bad news from my son and now I really do not feel I can be bothered although I want to do it, just need some motivation!!!!

Hi I started my fitness pal yesterday and it is really giving me the motivation I needed to loose weight. You know how it is put on 1 or 2 pounds you think it's only a pound or two and before you know it it is over a stone! Hit the over a stone mark and now I am serious about loosing all those pound or twos I gained.
