  • I always make a list of meals for the following week - check cupboards, fridge and freezer to make sure I use up things when necessary.   • Of the age where I get called up regularly for a flattening!!! I found a lump 30 years and got to the doctors asap, had it removed but nothing to worry about. My philosophy the sooner you find it and get it treated the better your chances. Good challenge so come on get checking
  • I weigh 136lbs does n't sound a lot but I started at 140lbs and would like to get down to 119. As I am "mature" this is proving very hard and so this group will give me the added commitment to loose this. Would like to achieve this by my birthday in November
  • Love hard boiled eggs. Often take one to work and have it with a piece of toast. Have two chickens so always looking to use up the eggs whilst they are fresh.
  • I have never lost eating that much, again 1200 is my goal. I suppose it depends how active you are during a normal day without adding in exercise - job where you sat all day or on feet/walking. I have read that you need fewer calories as you age but that was recently so have n't really any experience to go by yet.

  • Stay in the job you love it and get on with co-workers. Try to always have others around when your boss about. I went through something similar years ago with a friend, all just in the mind. Looked upon it as window shopping could dream and look but knew never happen feelings passed and life moved on. Good luck with it.
  • I'm in. I know not drinking wine helps my weight loss and decreases my got flushes, but I still drink it. Mainly Friday or weekend. Stopped for Lent all the staff at work gave up something and I felt better for it. Cheers - here's to us. Well it is n't Sept yet!!!!

  • My snacks tend to be fruit or veg or handful of cereal. Something more substantial a fruit ryvita (sweet and sugar in raisins) with houmous and in the evening a divestive biscuit and hot drink sets me up for bed.

  • Carrot, celery, pepper to dip or any other veg you like raw. You eat less dip as the veg takes longer to chew and fills you more. Win win

  • Hide greens in casseroles, pasta, to get them past my husband!!! Spinach in sandwiches instead of lettuce. I love sprouts so roll on sprout season! Take my daughter's dog a lunch time walk.
