Is running alone enough to lose weight?
I run at least 2.5 miles per day. (cuz its a workout that fits my schedule) I Track my food, and eat back the calories I burnt running... But I am not losing weight, I am gaining. Is running that amount not enough?

Using Weight Watchers to get myself on a balanced diet??
I need something to LAYOUT what I should, and should be eating... I need a good healthy, balanced nutrition plan. I am not overweight, and workout regularly. Good idea? Or bad?

Running 3 miles, eating small fruit meals. Gaining weight??
I drink my coffee in the morning, eat an apple at 9am, eat an orange at 11, another snack at 1pm, and then my dinner (with low carbs and fats) about 6pm... And I run about 3 miles a day, plus about 10 mins strength training.... Why am I GAINING weight???? I also have a glass of wine in the evening ;)

EATING 5 MEALS A DAY..... BUT SITTING DOWN ALL DAY?
I know that it is better to eat 5 small meals a day, but I work in an office where I sit all day. I eat egg whites at 6:30am with coffee. Eat a snack at 9:00am Lunch at 11-12ish, snack at 1-2ish and then dinner at 7ish..... I work out for 45mins after work. Is this still a good idea? I feel like I am eating all the time!
