Yesterday I had lunch with my ex- personal trainer (ex as an injury had meant I couldn't exercise with her anymore) who has known me for a long time. During the lunch she complimented me on how well I looked and after some discussions said "so you are talking and thinking like a thin person". Guess that is actually right.…
Last week I was getting fed up about upping my exercise and my weight remaining stable. Thanks to the support I got here I persevered and increased the intensity of my walking. 7 days later I am 3 lbs lighter. Thanks to everyone...and MFP This website / app rocks!
over last week I have walked miles and yet my weight has plateaued. Any ideas? Think I have pretty much eaten my exercise calories.
