When do you want to reach goal weight?
I have chosen October 25th (or thereabouts) because it is the birthday of my departed first girlfriend. Of all of the girlfriends I've had she never had problems with me losing weight. So I figure, I can reach goal weight around that time in her memory.

Only 7.5kg/17lb to go to get to goal...
So I've not much to go before hitting goal. I'm really not sure how fast I should go at getting there. If you were that weight above goal weight, how long would you prefer to take to arrive at goal weight?

Do you find motivation has a limited quantity?
By that I mean, if you use it for weight loss, other things you need motivation for suffer? I'm finding that, do you too? If you do, any ideas how to combat this?
