30 Day Shred vs. Ripped in 30?
I have both DVD's. I like both I feel like when I do Ripped in 30 I feel it more in my legs where the 30DS I feel it all over the next day. Which do you all prefer? Anyone get better results with one or the other? Thanks :)

30 Day Shred?
For those who have done the 30 DS or are currently doing it, did you do 30 consecutive days or did you skip the dvd and do cardio only on certain days or just takle a day off here and there?

I am doing the 30DS and I was curious of others who have done this did you also do cardio each day on top of the DVD's? And for those who just did the DVD did you still get good results?

Yo yoing!!!!
I cannot seem to brake this cycle I have. I will do awesome for 2-3 weeks eating good and working out everday . Then I will miss a day of exercise and it turns into two weeks. Has anyone else struggled with this cycle? How did you overcome it?

How to become a runner?
I really want to become a runner. I see people in great shape run by my house all the time and I always wish it was me. I find myself being overwhelmed with the idea and how to get started without killing myself or becoming discouraged. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. :)

Does anyone do Wii fitness?
I keep looking at the Wii fitness but i'm not sure if it will be a waste of money, Any opinions? I've also heard just dance is a great workout.

New to MFP
Hello everyone I just discovered MFP and it is awesome. I love being able to track my calories and my exercise. Love seeing others progress makes me feel super motivated. Hoping to see some decent results by summer just in time for shorts :)
