Hungryroot
Has anyone tried using Hungryroot on the 5:2 plan? I just signed up today to try their Starter Pack. It's one of those boxed meal subscriptions. All their items are vegan and gluten free, and most are under 300 calories per serving. I'm thinking this should work well with 5:2. Anyone tried that...or any of the pre-planned…

Negative Calorie Adjustment not working
Is anyone else having this issue, or has anyone had this issue before and found a way to fix it? My FitBit Calories Burned (Full Day Projection) is 1527. My MFP Calories Burned is 1569. Confusion about these numbers (17:7, 18:6, 19:5)
I finally figure out what 5:2, 6:1, and 4:3 is, and now I see these other numbers being thrown around in some online forums. lol I get that they somehow represent eating schedules (maybe?) in a 24 hour period, but can someone explain to me what exactly they mean? Thanks!

Fjuul?
Just got a notification that this fitness tracking app for iPhone called Fjuul is free today so I downloaded it. It sounds almost like a FitBit (which I can't afford right now) tracking your steps. I'm going to give it a try and see if I like it. Has anyone else heard of it or tried it? Don't see it on the list of…
