Heya I started Starting Strength over a year ago and fell off track with cardio classes. I'd like to get back on track with weight lifting and am looking for fellow female weight lifting friends for encouragement :)
Hey, I joined MFP in April of last year. Since then I've lost almost 50lbs and hit a massive plateau. I realized 2+ hours of cardio a day isn't helping if I have no muscle development underneath. I started following Starting Strength program and am looking for some friends that also weight lift for support Thanks! Casey
I'm interested in picking up a new set of DVDs (p90x, insanity, ChaLean extreme, turbofire etc) from Beachbody. However I had a ganglion cyst removed from my wrist in Jan and went through physical therapy etc which until I can get the strength back in my wrist prevents me from doing things like multiple pushups and planks.…
