Hey,


I joined MFP in April of last year. Since then I've lost almost 50lbs and hit a massive plateau. I realized 2+ hours of cardio a day isn't helping if I have no muscle development underneath. I started following Starting Strength program and am looking for some friends that also weight lift for support
