This is just the beginning!
Been faithfully working out and eating right for around 3 months now. I have lost and kept off 8 pounds. I have reached one of my goals of getting that sexy toned line down my tummy, but I'm not done yet. Always trying to improve!

FLAX SEED! I mix it into my pancake batter. Cannot really taste it but it WORKS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

EatIng healthy, doesn't mean starving yourself. You can have cheat days it helps your metabolism. Numbers on the scale can be deceiving. Don't get obsessed with the shape. Look at your body. DRINK WATER! Eat your fruits and veggies. Love yourself! Once you commit to this it isn't just something you do it's a life style!…
