EatIng healthy, doesn't mean starving yourself. You can have cheat days it helps your metabolism.

Numbers on the scale can be deceiving. Don't get obsessed with the shape. Look at your body.

DRINK WATER!

Eat your fruits and veggies.

Love yourself!

Once you commit to this it isn't just something you do it's a life style!
