I'm Kelly. I'm trying to mostly tone my body and lose around 10 pounds. My favorite work out is with the Kettlebell. You can do such an array of exercises.

    I'm Priscilla. Don't have a scale number goal to loose. Favorite exercise: Weight lifting. Food is to fuel your body. You can't under eat or overeat and expect results!
