Every month I tend to "start over " because those 5 days out the month I crave the most high carb processed food in sight. It's beyond carb cycling. I ate a whole cake by myself in 5 days. It's BAD. Any sweet alternatives that won't kick me out of ketosis ? My weakness is sugar during that time ... Thanks in advance !

Cracked Corners in my mouth
Ever since I started LCHF the corners of my lips have split and haven't seemed to heal at all. Anyone else experience severe dry mouth? Before anyone asks- yes I drink water. Half my body in ounces. EVERYDAY. I'm moisturizing my lips to the MAX! I don't know whats going on.

Has anyone had cough syrup with codeine? I'm wondering if I need to be conscious about what medicines I take on a low carb diet. I believe I am doing a keto diet where I eat 20 grams of carbs or less (net carbs i think) and I eat a ridiculous amount of fat like 103 grams hahah.

Am I losing weight too fast?

New to LCHF- nauseated when I eat meat
The first few days were fine but now whenever I eat chicken fish seafood ground beef or pork chops I get nauseated and I don't want to eat. My stomach has become so picky.
