Hitting a plateau
I'M Literally stuck I was on a steady pace of losing something every week, but now I'm stuck. I keep thinking just give it time, but its been a month and nothing has change should I just keep giving it time, should I change my workout, or eat less calories what should I do?

What do you eat?
I've been wondering with those of you successful in losing weight, did you eat whatever just watched calories and portions or did you eat diet foods and only fruits and veggies? I want to know because I'm struggling to figure out how and what I should eat.

How long did it take to lose?
I want to lose 20Lbs ( I really need to loose more) by September.
